What once started with the leasing and management of multi-unit housing rentals, expanded in 2018 to include property management services for condominium corporations and commercial property.
LaRoche McDonald History
LaRoche McDonald began in 1933 when a partnership was struck between Jack LaRoche and Herb McDonald. The business was later incorporated, and while the shareholders changed over time, the current owner is Kitsaki Management, the economic development arm of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band. Kitsaki is invested in several sectors including transportation, hospitality, environmental, mining, engineering, utility/vegetation, insurance, forestry and information technology.
The brokerage continues to be managed by the former owners, Jason Dunn and Keith Klassen. Contact them or one of their knowledgeable staff for all your property management needs.

Highly recommended. I like the customer service and the management of their building is always in point; even in winter you don't have to worry for clearing the snow in the parking lot. During the last terrible frost storm they did a good job clearing the entrance and the parking lot.
