They hire excellent caretakers, and run the office in an efficient manner. Easy to get ahold of, quick to address issues and concerns, and very negotiable in difficult situations.

Highly recommended. I like the customer service and the management of their building is always in point; even in winter you don’t have to worry for clearing the snow in the parking lot. During the last terrible frost storm they did a good job clearing the entrance and the parking lot.
