I had an absolutely amazing experience of renting from LaRoche McDonald! The buildings are very nice and well maintained, all the repairs were done in a timely manner. As a property management company, LaRoche McDonald has surpassed my expectations. I have never had such a professional and positive experience with a rental company ever, in Saskatoon. They hire excellent caretakers, and run the office in an efficient manner. Easy to get ahold of, quick to address issues and concerns, and very negotiable in difficult situations.

Highly recommended. I like the customer service and the management of their building is always in point; even in winter you don’t have to worry for clearing the snow in the parking lot. During the last terrible frost storm they did a good job clearing the entrance and the parking lot.
